Talk to an installer, not a ticket queue.

Three desks, real inboxes, replies within one business day — usually much sooner. If it's a design question, send the floor plan; we like floor plans.

Send a message

Pick a topic and we'll route it to the right bench. Fields marked required are the only ones we actually need.

A name helps us say hello properly.
We need a valid address to reply to.
For design help: square footage, floors, construction type (block or frame), and your internet plan speed get you a complete answer in one reply. Tell us at least a sentence — we can't answer a blank page.
Got it. A person reads this next.

Your message is in the right inbox. Replies go out within one business day — design questions usually land same-day. Check spam if nothing arrives; we write back plainly, which filters sometimes mistake for suspicious behavior.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

Three answers in advance

The questions that arrive most, answered so your actual question gets a faster reply.

Do you offer installation services?+

Not directly — we're a store and a design desk, not a crew. We will spec the kit, mark AP positions on your floor plan, and hand your installer a document they'll respect. If you need a referral, ask; we keep a short list of people whose work we'd sign.

Do you ship internationally?+

US only for now. Radio regulations differ by region — a US-spec access point isn't always legal elsewhere, and we'd rather not sell you a problem.

Can I visit, or call?+

We're a bench, not a showroom, and there's no phone queue — live chat and text reach the same installers during support hours. Email still wins for anything with a floor plan or screenshots attached, because the person answering can test your question on real hardware before replying.
