| Strength | SnapMount rack inserts have been tested and qualified with the following shear forces: 1U: Supports devices with a depth of up to 400 mm and a maximum weight of 10 kg. 2U: Supports devices with a depth of up to 325 mm and a maximum weight of 20 kg. It is recommended to support installed devices from the rear if depth exceeds 400 mm for 1U or 325 mm for 2U. |

Return it. 30 days, no restocking fee, refund to the original payment method. Better: send us your floor plan first and we'll size the kit for free — half of all returns are sizing problems.
Who handles the warranty?+
We do. Everything carries the manufacturer's warranty and we run the claim for you — one email to us instead of a ticket queue overseas.
